Apologies as I am only now trawling through the blogs to see who posted what.
Unfortunately, not many people in the forum use this method so can be long time before you get a response.
Best options I,
If your new - post something in the "Introductions" about yourself by starting a new thread. It's top of the forum members page.
You can either make a comment in the live chat for random stuff, or post in the other sections like technical, restorations ec.
Can take some time to navigate around to what suits you, but giv it a go an you'll get lots of support and responses.
