Dave and Eric, how did you guys go over the last couple of days? Everyone and everything safe and sound?

Anyone else up that way affected by the cyclone?

I think old toady will be in his element hopping around the flood waters in Gympie. :eek:

hahaha, yes, missed all the fun guys, thanks for asking Pete.

I drove to Brissie on Friday and then to Sydney yesterday. Caught upwith Frankie, Nige and Simone ( Niges lovely wife).

Packed the 650 shaftie into the car then Frankie had to go. Grabbed a couple of pizza's and the four of us sat round for an hour or so before fatigue set in.

Just back to sons place in Brissie 10 minutes ago, bit of rain on and off but bugga all really. Pretty stuffed now though.

Many thanks again Frankie, Paul, Nige and Simone, you all made Olivia and myself feel most welcome.
( one funny thing this morning Nige - our phone switched it's self to NSW time so the 4:15am wake up alarm actually meant we woke up at 3:15am instead.....didn't realize till we were going past Gosford, lol
