Hi All
It is a sad day but am parting with my 1981 1100 Katana. It is listed on Bike Sales if anyone is interested out there. I have quiet a few spares that I will advertise once the bike is gone. Thank you to those in the Katana Club who I met and went riding with and information sharing. The club has been invaluable. I still have an 1986 GSXR1100 I am building so will try not to stray too far away.
Regards
Neil

Listen to that little voice in your head...KEEP THE KAT,KEEP THE KAT..sell the GSXR, sell the GSXR!!!!...:)Neil we all have our own priorities and preferences...

Hi Neil
Personally I think your selling yourself short there based on what else is on the market. One in similar style, and notably a bit better condition on the WW's picked up $2k for Best of Show at last years Laverda Concours at Cleveland ( check out Retro Bike mag issue 17 - Streetkat on cover )

if I had the coin right now I'd be onto it.
But keeping the GSXR assume you are with the group?

Do love the 4-2 system however, where did it come from?

..Marving Exhaust do a nice 4 into 2 ALSO Tranzac Exhaust at carbrook Qld will manufacture whatever you want. They made the system on Pete's wee little beastie and he highly recommends them.

Thanks guys for your comments. It has just sold for a good price that I was happy with and to someone that appreciates these bikes...he is located in Ipswich so not too far from the Brisbane brotherhood (he took all the spares as well) and is planning to spend some serious dollars on it. Unfortunately it was not the bike for me but the GSXR is starting to look good and I will see how it rides. I am going to swear now and my apologies but.....I love my 97 Ducati 900SS more which I have a lot of fun on. Regarding the exhaust it had no markings and came with the bike so cannot help you there. C U on the road.
