Ok guys, I have 3 bottles of excuses, a birthday and the feeling that I need to add a katana purchase to this equation, maybe 750 s1/s2 but not a stupidly priced gold mining ex lover of kats, send me your thoughts !!!

Hi Minus, I love my '82 750. Never riden an 1100 so can only assume how the extra power feels, but the blue seat is still fun, and the look is timeless just like the others.

Personally, I'm on a constant lookout for an '82/82 1100, even though I know it will put me in the dog house big time ( or I'll have to get a secret garage !)

I don't think you can go wrong with any of those early Kats. I'm constantly on the look out for my old 82' 750 or an 1100. Of course I'm not looking to pay through the nose for one. ( I still need to finish my car)

This Is my 1100 Katana 81 model picture in back yard was taken 1987 and bought it back last year with 83 black motor in it and the frame was painted black with new paint work

After the pain inflicted on me by riding my Katana over the weekend my 82 750 will be up for sale very soon, Ive had a lot of good feedback on how to improve it but I want a standard classic not a modified just to ride bike. my 750 just hit 15000km today and is a good rider just needs some cosmetic touches. I just need to give it a good clean after riding in the rain all of last week and I will be putting her up for sale, something more to ponder maybe....
