A sad day indeed. Mr. O Suzuki was the pivotal leader of the Suzuki Motor Company, across his lifetime. The development and production of nearly all the Suzuki motorcycles of our time -including our GS/GSX- were under his watch. A true Captain of industry.
It was he, that Hans Muth presented the Katana design mock-ups/pre-production model to, and it was he that gave the go ahead to produce the Katana.
