A weekend ride......Get your bikes out to Tamworth to see vintage motorcycles display organised by VJMC. All motorcycles are welcome!

We had a chat about this at The Pitstop and quite a few blokes are tentatively interested.
 
Hope the Tamworth weather is going to be on our side for the ride. It'll be good to see a few more of the NSW Kat riders and share a beer or three.

I booked for the VJMC National rally a couple of months ago and will be there in March. At this stage i have Phil and Pete from Melbourne staying with me in Tamworth and another mate from Melbourne also. It will be good to meet up with the Qld boys again. At this stage i am riding up on Saturday morning and then leaving early on Sunday.
 
For those that will be attending the VJMC rally at Tamworth. Last week i filled out the rally registration form and pre-ordered my T-Shirt and rally badge and also on the form i booked myself dinner on Saturday night and the leagues club and breakfast on Sunday morning. I filled out the form then sent it via mail to the Rally register at Tamworth. These rallies draw big number of people and if you want to register then do so via the VJMC Tamworth site.

I should be heading up on the Friday. Not interested in registering but will do what the majority wants. I just want to go for a ride and see our Northerners and a heap of old bikes.
I was told Tamworth is basically booked out but there is a heap of little town on the outskirts with good old fashioned country pub lodgings. All those that are at least 70% thumbs up put your names down to Frankie or Derek, that way we have some basic numbers to do some scouting out of accommodation.
Hope to see many of you there.

Yep not interested in registering even though I'm a VJMC member. Same as what Nige said....hope to meet up NSW & Qld boys + Vic boys if they can make it ;)
 
Haahhaa yes I did forget the Southerners. Forgive me. Pete is a bit of a no brainer as he seems to always turn up. I met Phil on the 35th and would be great to Katch up. Haven't met many others!!!!!

I'm planning on heading up with Nick and some guys from Melb on the Saturday.
I've already made a booking at the new Mecure hotel as was not sure what the rest were doing.

When you get sorted for somewhere let me know as I can cancel if that works better.

It looks like we may have around a solid 12 bikes heading up on the Friday !??!. All to be confirmed and as always usually drop outs.
Fridays ride to be posted a little bit before the day. Most likely the same/similar run as the SoO.
Accommodation to be confirmed by Frankie Chan. Highly likely to be on the outskirts which means a nice little pack group ride to the event.

Frankie, make it 8, I have booked in for the Friday and Saturday. BTW, thanks also, I have been sprung ......... mesmerised by your signature gif for way too long (apparently its only OK to watch briefly)
