Rainy day on the couch

Yep Swoop, works fine.
Hoping it stays fine at PI so we get some good combat action based on tyre choice.
Dry track / cool temp / PI winds - great combination.

Watched it live here in sunny South Africa. Hope the weather holds out for tomorrow. Next in line Superpole for Superbikes next then F1 qualifying. Not a bad weekend!!

Ahh now that's on my bucket list tomcat, due to rain haven't worked this week and if I had the readys I'd be there. Good to see zarco?, 2nd pole and Miller 5th?, and Suzuki was it 3rd or 4th? Enjoy

Yep, good qualifying, pity Dovi was so far down the order, hopefully he can jump today and we can have another Motegi... although hopefully a dry version. Go Miller!

Oh, and don't forget there's another Aussie in the field on Folger's Yammie... Broc Parkes.

Yep they turned it on alright! And I thought Motegi was good!

Just back from The Island (away for two weeks and no computer) this weekend in time for todays Malaysian MotoGP. Last weeks weather looked worse on TV than it really was. After 16 trips to The Island for GP races it was a relief to be dry and not freezing cold for the big race. Yeah, Moto3 was cut short by rain but everything else was pretty good.

Cheers.

Lucky man Glen! It was great to watch on telly, bet it was awesome in person to see our man Jack make us proud!

Yeah Pete, it is always a good weekend at the GP, rain, hail or shine and usually you get all that each day at The Island. Last year was wet and cold pretty much every day (we go for the week, not the weekend) but this year the weather was very pleasant with just a few downpours here and there but not enough to make the place into the muddy rice paddies it usually turns to. Meet up with Jack Miller and had a quick chat. He is a genuine good bloke and a ton of fun and tells it like it is. Hope he does well on the new machine next year.

Also meet a few other riders including Pedrosa and Marquez, their time was a very short so blink and it is pretty well over unlike Jack who was keen to chat and spend lots of time with the fans.

I still want to get down there for it some day... bit of a pipe dream at the moment but I'm ever hopeful! Kat and SoO number one priority, MotoGP can come later... glad to hear it was a great trip and that Jack's a good bloke too.
