That definitely looks 80's inspired. Something you would see on Miami Vice. I'm sure a good artist could make that bike a head turner. I'm thinking Batman. :p

Those ebay numbers are not meant as a link to click on but you have to paste and copy them into the search funktion on the ebay site. ;)
 
It's a pretty good price actually but too much slabsidiness going on for me,makes it look heavy i.m.o,still,a decent project bike though.
 
He's auctioning the bike,with the help of Google translate i found out the bodykit is made by a German firm called Gimble who are still going,but i think they dropped this particular kit out of the line up way way back.

Can anyone post a pic of Ebay bike - cant get on ebay from work CPU. The pic above kinda suits the era, but Im not sure about colour scheme - style is cool!!
 
Its a Popup mated with an 1100......I googled the fairing company and katana - i like the kit without that single seater 'hump' better.. Pretty cool though.
 
That body kit in that special colour scheme was kinda classic back in the day in Germany.
