I think they would be great ..the only thing better would be revolving number plates like" old mate 007" had on his Aston Martin!...Bond James Bond..

A question if it's legal in one state and illegal in another state would you get booked from being from a state where it is legal if you ride say around Australia?

You get a ticket in just about every State for them now.

Yup, if they find it you're pretty screwed no matter what state you're in these days... they don't want to miss out on the revenue by not being able to read a plate, so they make up for it with a big fine if you have one of those...
