Not a Kat but need help

Hey,
I have just bought an RMX250S and am after some help.

This is the road registrable RM250 MX bike (some subtle differences) that Australia got so there’s not a lot of info available.

It has been converted to an RM by removing the ADR gear.

Mick Hones parts catalogue is a US based system so the switch blocks etc. do not rate a mention on them.
The headlight and tail light are listed but no switch blocks etc.

Has any one got any experience with them?

Cheers

Still one of the scariest things i have ever ridden was my
motocross champ mate's RM80A.It was brand new.
I had a Honda SL70 4 stroke as a spoilt brat of 12 years of age.
Boy did I get a shock when i jumped on the RM and gave it a handful into powerband.
Holy crap!!
It was a scary little beast for sure.

What sort of experience are you after Ben. What year model is that.
The older 2 strokes were very off/on in the power stakes. Now they have these power valve thingys near the exhaust ports to give them an almost 4 strokey feel (sort of ) much more torque down low and more forgiving if in the wrong gear.
My sons 2019 KX 85 is a beast and it halls arse and just builds and builds its power and seems to never end mixed with bloody good suspension but no where brutal in power like the old bikes
I remember telling a mate just be careful of the band on our old YZ 80 and he laughed. Then flipped it and then we laughed harder. Bloody funny his look of shock when it took off. We still chuckle when we tell the story to each other.

Ah yes the date helps if you look at it!
I get these random pop ups and think it is current.
Some new posts I dont even see until several days/weeks later with mass conversations. Bizzare.
Need to bring that up to Frankie or the next Forum meeting.
