Gday, Ive just bought a 1998 GSX 1100F and it will be as close to a Katana as Ill get. It has been laying dormant for a number of years in a mate's garage. I gave it a tub after getting it home and scrubbed up nicely! Its all there, so it will be up on the bike hoist soon for a proper service and clean.
I hope I can post pics of the bike as I do work on it.

Hi Stu, not found anyone here, who is worried about what you actually have, but I have found a lot of knowledge from some pretty good blokes and quite a few laughs.

thanks for the welcome!! usually I ride something blue, but the GSX was at a price I couldnt pass up..
 
south of Wollongong. been here for a while. I saw a Kat 250 years ago and wanted one. Now I have the 1100, its gunna be fun
