Hi All, thanks for the add, I have had a thing for the big KATS since I was a boy, remember having the suzuki posters on my wall dreaming about owning one. i have been riding since I was 16 and have had many and varied machines. I am on the look out for a katana for a sunday ride and investment. I am currently doing FIFO work so not home very much, reside in SA. currently trying to sell a bike to finance the purchase, would also like to get involved with road racing and track days in the future. very excited about the proposal for a new race track just up the road from me. kind regards Dwayne,

welcome Dwayne
am sure youll find lots of support here same as i have in a short time.
keep your eye's on SELLING & LISTED ELSEWHERE as the forum members post details there.

are you looking for anything specific, year or model/engine size?

looking for a complete going example, r a restoration project?

...G'day Dwayne and welcome, As you want to sell one bike to finance your KATANA purchase (investment) and your a FIFO worker time is on your side. Surprisingly there is still a lot of KAT's coming up for sale , all in different condition and price range , during this time acquaint yourself with the plethora of variations in model being domestic Australian models , Japanese Domestic models and American Domestic models and other export variations in 750/1000 and1100 then of course there's the S3and S4 750's plus GS550's and GS650G's and 250/400's (grey imports) Please do some research , you'll be amazed what variation there are, and some/most turn up. Enjoy the journey and have fun. Cheers Ian

G'day Dwayne,

There is always room for one more bike in the shed, especially if it is a Kat.
