New Black Kats/dark theme

I know there was a request previously for a dark theme again like we used to have, so I've had a crack at putting a dark theme together. I'm not the best at the design side of things so it may need some tweaking.

Scroll down the bottom and where you see "Silver Kats", click on that and select "Black Kats".

Let me know what you think!

As usual, nice work Pete. Sorry Blue Kats theme banned! I'm gunna leave it on Black Kats for a couple of days - my wife says I'm very dark!
