I can understand the inspiration there Ben... you could do a road legal one... it'd be tricky but it could be done...

There would still be a stack of Harris framed road bikes kicking about in the UK. Have not looked but be surprised if you couldn't find one in good nick if the desire took hold.
Making your own would be an awesome project.

They were very big in the 80's and could accommodate almost every engine / swing arm / suspension set up that you could dream of.
Thing I used to marvel at was the wide upper frame rails that usually had the biggest ever fuel tanks covering them with the quick fill type fuel fillers in them....I used to be real jealous of those filler caps :confused:
