LAIDLEY MOTORCYCLE only Swap.25/26 october2014

I always put this on the to do list but then don't go cause of feedback I get that it's over priced and overrated. What's the truth people? I can handle the truth!
 
Hey Ian, thought I'd ask where the museum closure is up to as well? Been seeing some interesting bikes come up for sale is he planning to list all the sellers on eBay or is he also selling privately?
 
:)G,day Paul, 1. The Laidley(ex Gatton) swap like all of these things can be a bit hit an miss. I will go as it's local and if I find anything for me as my collection is focused on our favourite dinosaurs I would consider myself lucky as for your "box of chocolates", you would have to find something! Yep last year was $10 I think, I know I whinged to the old codger on the gate and asked for a receipt (just to be a p#ick)....I didn't get one.. I think the price this year is $5. What can you do? Shut up and pay!
...................2. Sadly the museum has shut. They are moving" the keepers' to their new home. Selling some and have a "lockup/unit" next door to" JDM "who is next do to ''SIMCO" who is next door to "Tony Spinelli" So we now have a cluster of mostly Classic Bike shops @22-26 ALLGAS ST SLACKS CREEK.

Paul, The're not always there. The museum boys are not keeping regular hours yet, John never has and probably never will, Simon is also in and out, BUT Tony's told me he's always there BUT he does advertise by appointment 0417705711. I hope this helps, cheers Ian.:):cool:
