I had to get mine re wired ,they sent it to Melbourne to get done
Yeh Bat. I looked into all that and had 3 different contacts. 2 in NSW and 1 in QLD all roughly $450 for a rewind. Several different places on the net for under well under $200 with mostly good reviews.
Sadly I bought one new old stock locally in VIC OZ with it being the wrong one. Looked into everything BUT the genuine part number ( idiot ). Seems the right part No. on box but must be the wrong part inside. About 1-2mm ID to big.
Fingers crossed I can get my money back.
