This Katana banner/flag was given to me by Dawid Malan, and I don't want to part with it ever! However, friend of mine very much would like one too. Are they very scarce? Does anybody have one for sale? Suppose being such a small item to fold and package, it possible to relatively cheap ship/post one from just about anywhere in the world.

Hi Eben, apart from yourself I know of 3 other KA members (there may be others 
), including self, who have one of this particular banner.
They are quite rare, on average you might see 1 a year up for sale although it has been quite a while since the last two appeared quite close together....!

They turn up from time to time and in various condition from minty to faded tea-towel that the dog has mauled. The last couple of minty examples the sellers had very optimistic prices to say the least. Keep looking and you'll find one .

they are poly/cotton synthetic material. I had mine framed to protect it and is now hung in our entry hall.
