Katana 35th - C546 Khancoban to Wodonga

Sorry Drillit, don't get!! But I am slow. Don't know if I will make SOO but will see. Cheers Justin.

No!! I am sooo bad I made sure there was a 1 bike separation! I am badd!!! Mine and Roland's have lighter coloured tanks because of the paint problem with the first shipment. AND, there are other give away's. Who really cares. Love them all was a grand gathering indeed.

Kiandra to Mt Selwyn, the link road is great ride and then to Khancoban or Corryong is awesome and glad you guys went on that road. Also like the pics fellas.

Hahha well only a few of us went down that rd as some of us followed Justin and took the long way to Khancoben via Tumberrumba !! Got to slow down Skatman.

Nige

PS Max,Justin, Darkside and myself did get to complete the rd on the way home though, and yes Nick it is a nice piece of tar.

On a Friday down this way after lunch and on the good roads I reckon we were lucky to overtake a dozen cars if that. No one around except psycho Merc drivers.

Nige

Hey Nige we had Ma & Pa Kettle in an old Mitsi coming out of Kosi National Park, ONLY to catch them again in the middle of the road heading to Mitta Mitta. AARRRRGHHH then we seen them again at The Blue Duck. Thankfully parked and were leaving as we arrived:o

Great pics!!! Looks like good biking country. Looks so much like the roads here!!

Some of the best high country roads in New South Wales mate:cool:
Also I recommend the road from Mitta Mitta to Anglers Rest for an overnight stop at The Blue Duck. This road is 79 K's of corners, Just ask Max and Stuart who were with me and our journey to the 35th.

Sad to hear about Justins passing.

I didn't know him well - but clearly he was a big Katana fan and a very good rider.

Following a spirited little ride, all Niges fault, on the way to the 35th - we ended up with some common experience to share and recount and did so many times over the years.

In chatting to Frankie today about Justin's upcoming funeral - I thought I would dig out this post to honour Justin as I remember him.

I enjoyed going back and reading it from post 1.
