Good work Thomas.

Just wondering if it should have been both hands for the 2020?

very cool, besides the bar height I think they did a great job.

for an older (okay, bloodly old) rider the position feels really great and I can bend my knee without to much effort and get my right foot on the peg easy. It really is a totally different bike to the 1981 design and as Suzuki has stated it is for a totally different market. (old f@#*kers like me and the younger generation)

Nice one Tom!

I must say there is something about the new one that has grown a little on me...

Good one Tom, well done mate. Hey, just keep in mind that if you are riding a bike you are not old.

Cheers.

Pricing released - $18,990 ride away.
Also list of accessories and pricing.

Shipment of first 60 due Aust in September.
No word on how many total will be brought in, guess the market will dictate that.

Thomas,
Has it got a special plate or does the VIN say 0001?

Well done. I actually don't mind them, and I'm sure as time goes on I'll like it, then I'll get one.

Hi Ben

The bike I am pictured with is actually 0001MN. But After leaving Perth via Adelaide it was on its way back to Sydney with 0002MN to be "CRUSHED".

Delivery has been confirmed for Australia is August and will be distributed to the dealers in September.

So, I was 25 when I purchased my first new Katana and will be 63 (August) when I receive my last new Katana.

I must say that sitting statically on the new Katana, the bike really feels great for all my aches and pains as well as very light.

Noooooooooo! I hope someone smuggles them to safety. That will be on of those stories to be told in years to come.
That's a pretty cool story too! Bought an original new and bought a retro new too.

My story will be when they release the 2039 TL1000S.

Sparkle Black version is currently at BikeBiz, Parramatta - Sydney.
They are having a Demo Day this Saturday 23rd March, so perhaps it will be there until then, but doubt can be ridden.

Mystic Silver unit is doing the rounds in Adelaide.

Hi Sydney Kat riders (Peter, Stuart, Nick and anyone else), I am going to Bikebiz Saturday morning to look at the newest Kat in town. See you there. Thanks for the heads up Stuart, Cheerio.
