The time has come that we all dread. Due to my back op and advancing years I decided to sell my beloved Kat. She has gone to Cape Town to a new owner who has promised to love and care for it. I didn't realise how sad I would be to see it go. It's the first time since 1983 that I have not had a Kat in the garage. Take care all you Kat lovers out there. Cheers. Mel20210117_104304 (2).jpg
 
That's a real bugger Mel, hope your back recovers well too.

Hi Mel, sorry to hear you have had to make the unhappy decision to sell your Kat, never an easy thing to do when the time comes. Good to hear she has gone to a Kat Man who will enjoy all that is owning a Kat.

have you ridden the new Katana yet????

There is no way I can now ride my old Kat due to a broken body but I find the new Katana is perfect (well for me at least)

If you haven't, find one and get a ride. It maybe a great option to keep ridding and on a Katana.

Have a great Christmas mate and stay safe.

Hi Tom. I have not ridden the new Kat yet. Maybe I should give it a go. Got to get past the missus if I want to buy a new ride. She wants a holiday in Mauritius or Zanzibar.
 
Zanzibar is a fantastic place. But it will only be for a couple of weeks but a new Kat can be for years.
Hard pitch I know but worth a shot!!
