So whats a blog?
Dunno, but I get to bore you with crap !:) (only if you read it)

Think I will useit to put up a edited copy of the purple/darkside build from the old forum.

That done going forward I will put bits I do in the work shop from time to time , Such as the GS1100 motor rebuild.

So who the F is darkside anyways? I was john82q on the old forum.
Always had a bike of some sort, and been into them since my Dad was so kind as to let me round up sheep on his yammie ag100 on the farm in Tallimba NSW some time in the seventies. Have alternated been road a dirt bikes, over the years, Memorable ones in no particular order a KL250 I couldnt Kill ever, a KZ900 I did by neglecting maintance. a cr250 I hung in a tree, and a xl500 I wore out.

There were others, some met sad ends others retired gracefully including some GS suzukis...
Back in in the Katana days I was a serial showroom pest, particulary when the popup came out. But I never had the money to buy a new one.

Curent bikes are the darkside;

Good one John.

I'll venture up the courage to dip my toe into the Blog world one day, but will have ' blankie ' close by.

That purple beast has come a long way. The addition of the lettering really makes that Kat pop. Well done John. :D

Cheers from Canada
