WHat the heck is this thing? Look at the front edge of the fairing, the moulded in oil cooler sides, and the ignition pickup cover area...

I concur, by the round rubbers on front indicators it either a 250 or 400 and also the 2 screws under the nose tip on either side
but the ignition cover does not look like the 250 four barrel.
My 250 did not have oil cooler covers moulded to the fairing and think it might just be the phot angle
 
Definately aint the 750/1000/1100 cos the engine dont stick out the sides....Check out the frame that bends around the pipes too?
 
Forgot to mention the bolts on lower part of frame as that front section is unbolted to enable removal of the engine.
Daryl is correct in spotting it as a 400
