Front fairing hunt

Hi everyone, had my 750se for about 12 years now, rebuilt it but it never came with the pop up headlight fairing, would really like to get one for it, I see there are aftermarket ones but would really prefer an original one to complete the bike!
I’m based in NZ but willing to buy from overseas as they are pretty rare!
Any help would be appreciated! Cheers

Hey @Azzer welcome aboard!

Hope you manage to find one, @darkside went down the aftermarket path when he had his and had some challenges with fitment.
 
Thanks yeh me to, even if it was damaged it would be good as I could repair it myself, I would have to make a mounting frame for the aftermarket ones so fitment shouldn’t be a problem, I’d probably be looking a $1000 to get it to nz though so really want to try source one here, no rush though as I’m not riding at the moment and it hasn’t run in 6 years!

Try easy auction Japan- bought a couple this way and a few pieces one at a time. Getting harder now. There’s one that is way over priced. I’ve even bought one from trademe and had it sent to oz - a full body actually. Search gsx750s3 on easy auction
 
Hi again- I also found this Japan company couple years ago says frp fibre reinforced plastic- is this just fibreglass? Regs Shane

Think I can help you out there. I got most of the bits you need, original used, will need some work here and there.

id be keen on any parts as I have been offered a pop up thats be turned into a street fighter.
Obviously it needs all body work. Ill organise a pick and send it through.

The hunt is over! Thanks for all the help and advice guys, Katrich came through for me parting with the full assembly, he’s in NZ to so can meet up, loving this forum! looking to do a few mods on the Kat over winter so will be needing some more advice no doubt, will keep posting when I can get some more work done on it! 👍🏼 cheers
