Curry Puffs - Danger ahead !

Hi members, been a bit quiet over the last week or so.......

Went to the Boonah markets with Ian last Saturday, walked around looking at stalls, great weather etc, Ian bought some curry puffs and drinks, found a shady spot to sit down and ........ eat - urr no, I decided to have a heart attack instead.

Long story short, spent 5 days in hospital with more wires coming out of me than Reg has under his Kat seat, luckily the angeogram showed it was minor as far as heart attacks go but still 'sat me on my arse'.

Back home now with about 15 tablets a day to look forward to for rest of life but a small price to pay.

stay safe all and remember.....if Ian offers you a curry puff....:o, seriously though Thanks Ian, really appreciate the help with everything over the last few days and thanks for best wishes and offers of help from local members who found out a day or two ago.

Cheers

Eric

Holy crap Eric! Really glad to hear you're ok and I'm glad you were with someone who was able to help you out at the time, so I'll say thanks to Ian too! Mate rest up and recover and it'll be great to catch up with you again soon!

Thanks for the kind words, but I haven't done anything that anyone of us wouldn't have done in similar circumstances, cheers Ian
.
......PS....maybe if he needed the kiss of life....you'd have to think twice!

Well you found out early Eric, and rather not on the road cruising alone. Great to hear you're feeling a little better. Life has a way of throwing us lemons now and again. Stay hydrated this summer and keep on those meds as directed. You lived to tell the tale, that is excellent news, and fortunate you had someone with you at the time. It let us know we still have riding time up our sleeves.

Keep well and all the best from us.

Shane.

I've been called a black bastard but never "gold", thanks mate.....Bundy Dave...As a lad growing up in Tweed Heads a mate's older brother had a foxy that would catch cane toads and keep them captive with a well placed foot and constantly lick them and the dog used to get fairly bent!

Big new world out there Eric. Glad to see you will be enjoying it.
Just dont mix the meds with the licking of a toad. They must be separate !
