No worries Patrick, they should be good for those carbs. If I had real BS34SS on the wee beastie instead of those red headed step child things I reckon they would've solved my issues no sweat.

Just remember the top lip needs to be rolled over when installing. Pretty sure he has a link to a video on there somewhere which helps no end in understanding that bit.

brought 4 M-73 mm Diaphrams ,to fit Mikini BS34CV and most BS36cv carbs with 73mm diameter OD,$19.50 each plus $30 postage ,that's about $108 . that is USD It's $154.46 AUD for anyone thats interested, cheers.

replaced the diaphragms last week ,after rebuilding the top end again this year, the bike started up on the second kick and ticks over very nicely thank you,I found that the side cutters worked best at removing the old plastic retaining disc's off the slides and it was easy to fit the new rubber in the groove of the slide, after a bit of a thrash retention the head and checked the valve clearance, dropped the headers and sump, cleaned the screen and replace oil filter ,oil and headed gaskets, ajusted rear chain ready for work and next weeks run.IMG_1254.jpg

Great news Patrick! I had a feeling those diaphragms would work well on the right carbs, so glad to hear the Kat's back and running well!
