40 th Anniversary

So is it to early to start making plans for next years 40th ? I dont think so, I'll be leaving around this time next year going via Adelaide and great ocean road to Melbourne by end of March 2021, I hear there may be a change of venue next year too.thinking about riding up to Caines and across to Broome then back down south. Kats running great , got new tyres and chain fitted with spares ready to go.

Leaving here 22nd or 23rd March and see if there is any like minded riders in SA and do the Prince Hwy Torque / Warrnambool ocean road and then see if there is any riders leaving from Melbourne for the 40th. thats the vision anyway, and traveling a lot lighter than last trip.

Hi Patrick, you will like the great ocean road and can i advise to ride the road during the weekday as weekends it is full of cars towing caravans. Also Lorne is a good place to stop overnight.

So, is anybody making plans or suggestions for later this year?

I've made suggestions for 3rd to 5th September at a couple of venues around Sydney.

Of course happy to look further afield if that suits majority.
Just wanting to start locking things in!

Yep Stuart there will be a bit of a discussion this weekend.
Things have gone a bit curly of late about the 40th and we have been tossing around a few ideas.
Around September is a good time though. Not getting as hot and a few months before Xmas is also good.
But you are right and something will be more formal very soon as we would like to get as many from far and wide to attend.

40th Anniversary Weekend

I hear that Dubbo 11 th Sept , at the Caravan park Is the place to be this year for the 40th, can we get conformation here please?
If so I'm getting $409 return ticket with Quantas as time money and work I haft to juggle , and hire a bike for the weekend , also a Aunt's 90th birthday.
