1981 gs550m seat

Hey, new to this forum. Nlt sure if this question has been asked before.
Does any other seat fit, like a gs650 or similar to a 1981 gs550m?

G'day Redzook, It's been years since I threw my leg over a baby Kat, but if the memory is holding up I'm sure the seat will fit both GS550m and GS650g bikes and it was only the colour of the cover that varied on all models sold here, your's should be all black being a factory red bike, guessing your 's is a red one.
