So..... about two years ago I bought a baby kat in very good condition but wasn't running due to electrical problems according to the chap I bought it from. Apparently he couldn't get a decent spark at the plugs sufficient enough to fire it up. Since then, I've replaced the ECU and plugs and checked that the coils we're ok. Went I attempted to kick it over it would pop pop a few times but wouldn't fire. Had my local bike shop check timing, compression and firing order which all turned out ok however still wouldn't run. They discovered that the ohm resistance of the spark plug caps had deteriorated and was too high. Of course they are like hens teeth but I did surprisingly find some in the States through eBay. But here's another problem...
